We work hard to prove our commitment to you and your dogs by maintaining active memberships with the IBPSA, PACCC, and the Dog Gurus. We believe ongoing education is important in our field because the scientific knowledge regarding dog behavior, training, and psychology is always advancing.
Who says you can’t teach a Hooman new tricks? Our Counselors are trained in the fundamentals of dog language, behavior, compatible play styles, first aid…and more. So you know your best friend is getting the care she deserves. Read more about our awesome Camp Counselors!

Megan Federico, CPACO
Owner & Camp Director
Megan has had a long career of dog-loving at MoJo’s; starting as a dog attendant in 2006, becoming manager in 2008, co-owner in 2016, and sole owner in 2021. She’s an FSU alum and a life-long learner with a dedication to continuing education and training. Favoring the hounds, her kids are Hammy (a coonhound/blue tick mix) and Sal (a pointer/walker mix). Her loves include ultra running, reading, bird watching, Disney, and, of course, all things dog. Volunteer time is spread between the Tallahassee Animal Shelter and the Leon County Humane Society where she serves on the Board of Directors.
